Essential Functions

a. Supervise the Reservation acquisition process. To provide a friendly and warm welcome to all that enter the club, and providing a warm and sincere farewell upon departure. To assist with any request that a member may have.

Essential Requirements

a. Must be available to work evenings/weekends
b. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run.

Additional Responsibilities

a. Directs specific matters to the proper office.
b. Takes all dining room, special event, and reciprocal reservations.
c. Responsible for employee new hire packets.
d. Assists with checking in members for events.
e. Responsible for keeping the reservation and the event books current and accurate.
f. Works directly with the Director of Food and Beverage and the Asst. F&B Manager with table availability and assignment.
g. Assists with menu production and other various assignments when applicable.
h. Makes alphabetized lists for each event for checking in the members.
i. Answers phones and consistently checking for messages on 455-0002 and 353-8801.
j. Confirms all reservations and cancellations.
k. Maintains the rules and procedures for taking reservations, i.e. being fair, no special favors, no promises, and no exceptions.
l. Any other functions as requested by the employee's supervisor that is within the course and scope of the employee's job description.
m. Responsible for creating buffet signs and table numbers.

Knowledge and skill requirements

a. Possess a courteous and friendly personality.
b. Ability to multitask especially with the phones.
c. Proficient typist.
d. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.

a. No supervisory duties are included in this position.
